Shipping Policy (US Only)

Where we ship
We currently ship to the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). We don’t ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or APO/FPO at this time. Street addresses are recommended.

Processing & delivery times
Orders ship from US fulfillment centers within 1 business day. Typical delivery speeds:

• Standard: ~3 business days
• Expedited: ~2 business days
  Actual estimates are shown on the product page when you enter your ZIP (via our delivery-date widget).

Tracking
You’ll receive tracking by email/SMS when your order is on the way.

Shipping cost
We offer free shipping for orders above $35. For orders below $35 the shipping cost is calculated at checkout and is determined based on shipping address.

Carrier selection
Ship methods and carriers are automatically selected to meet the quoted delivery window.

Order issues
If your package shows delivered but you can’t find it, or it arrives damaged, email support@recrantia.co within 7 days and we’ll help.
